Can I watch videos without logging in?
Yes, you can watch a variety of clips, full TV episodes and original content without signing in. Our latest TV episodes and live TV will usually require signing in with your provider credentials.
Why do I need to log in to watch live TV and videos?
You can watch a variety of clips and full episodes without signing in. For access to live TV and even more of the latest full episodes of your favorite shows, log in using the username and password provided by your television service provider.
My provider is not listed. Can I still watch Food Network videos?
Yes, you will still have access to lots of other great video content. If you click the “My provider is not listed” option on the Login screen, you will still be able to watch all content displayed without a lock icon. Live TV, however, will not be available. Please note: we are working to add more television providers in the future and will alert all users when new providers are added.
Why don’t I see more full episodes?
Our agreements with television providers allow for a limited selection of full episodes without signing in. For access to all of the latest episodes and full seasons of your favorite shows, sign in using your provider credentials.
The audio plays but the screen is black, the video is slow to load, or the display looks fuzzy.
This app uses adaptive bitrate streaming to optimize the video experience for the user. Therefore, you must use WiFi to ensure you are able to watch the video to the fullest extent. Otherwise, you may experience a video that intermittently plays, or a black screen.
There is no sound on my iOS device.
With the newer operating systems, Apple changed the little button next to the volume to be a mute button. The orientation lock is now handled in software (double click the home button and then swipe left). Try sliding the button up or slide towards you (located above the volume controls).

If this doesn’t resolve your issue, go to “general settings” and confirm that the side switch is set from rotation to mute.
I am having difficulty downloading the app.
Downloading Watch Food Network works best with a strong WiFi connection. If your session “times out,” you might need to begin the download again. Here’s a tip: temporarily turn off the Auto Lock option on the device. This should prevent “sleep” mode from starting before your download completes.
How do I send you a question or suggestion?
Choose Feedback, under the Settings icon or More option to make a suggestion or report an issue with the app. Thank you for contacting us.
Is there an easy way to find a particular video?
You can find videos in a variety of ways. Browse Top Videos and Just Added Episodes on the Featured tab, navigate to specific shows and hosts using the Shows and Chefs tabs or search for a particular video title by clicking the Search icon.
What is the Watchlist?
The Watchlist gives you an easy way to organize videos and shows so you can watch them at your convenience. If you save a show to the Watchlist, episodes will be marked with a “New” indicator when new episodes are available to watch. The Watchlist also holds videos you have started watching so you can continue them at another time.
I added a video to my Watchlist but I don’t see it listed.
Video content may be updated or removed due to contractual restrictions. In this case, the video will be removed from your Watchlist.
I keep getting an error message when attempting to share via Facebook.
If you are using an iOS version older than 6.0 you, will need to login to Facebook and authorize Facebook to share on your behalf. Go to Settings and tap “Logout of Facebook,” then tap “Logout” to confirm. The next time you want to share, sign in to Facebook and then tap OK to authorize Facebook to share with your friends on your behalf.
